Partnerships & Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Other resources

If you wish to form a partnership with a given group or organization in your region, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be signed by the two parties.

For example, you may want to form a collaboration between the GTI and your local church or your local school / university. For this, an MOU must be completed.

Please remember to discuss all potential partnerships with the GTI Management team first, so they can ensure that the collaboration is in line with the GTI’s values and goals. All partnerships need to be approved by our Management team and Directors.

Once a collaboration has been approved, you will be given an MOU, specifically drafted by the GTI Management team. You can now share and discuss this MOU with the parties involved.

Once both parties are happy and the MOU is signed, please follow these steps:

1. The MOU
Provide management with the signed MOU, so it can be archived accordingly.

2. Mutual promotion
Make sure that the new partner’s logo is displayed on the GTI Website: https://plantgrowsave.org/about-us/our-partners/
For this, you will have to supply the GTI Management team with a copy of the partner’s logo, and it will be updated on the Partner Page accordingly.

3. News article
Ensure that a news article is written and published to communicate and promote this new partnership. You can write the news article and submit it to the GTI management team to publish on the GTI website and newsletter.

4. Maintain the relationship
Now, maintain an ongoing relationship with this new partner and update the management team from time to time, so they know how this new partnership is developing.

You can always reach out to the GTI Management team if you are in doubt or need assistance 😉
