Funding Applications

Other resources

It is important to know that the Global Tree Initiative is not a funding agency.

However, from time to time, the Global Tree Initiative may fund tree-planting projects. If or when a project applies for funding, a clear layout of the project needs to be submitted in writing, as well as a clear layout of the budget.

Each project is unique, but generally, the following aspects should be considered and highlighted in the project proposal:

– Educational: Does your project offer environmental or secular education?

– Ethical: Is your project ethical?

– Environmental: Does your project produce a lot of waste or leave a big carbon footprint?

– Beneficial: Who will benefit from this project?

– Sustainable: Is the project self-sustainable?

You, as the GTI representative, may come in contact with parties requesting funding for tree-planting projects. Please follow these steps:

  1. Supply the party requesting funding with the form below and help them complete it as thoroughly as possible.

  2. Once the form is completed, you can send the form to admin@plantgrowsave.org

  3. Our administrative team will let you know if there is any outstanding information for the funding application. In this case, please obtain the missing information and report back to the administrative team.

  4. Once the administrative team is satisfied with the information provided, your case will be referred to the Universal Clear Light, Inc. Board of Directors for further discussion and final approval.

  5. Our administrative team will get back to you and will guide you through the next steps.
