How To Report & Dedicate a Tree

How-To guides

Reporting trees on our website is important; we use these reports to write success stories that spotlight the activity and inspire more people to plant trees. If your trees are not reported, they can not be included in our global tree count, and we can not write a story about the trees you planted.

This process is quite simple. Below is an example of how to dedicate your trees.

How to dedicate:

  1. Visit the Report page on our website. 
  2. Fill in the form with the required data.
  3. Upload your photos – include community photos or photos holding the trees (if you have them).
  4. Do not forget to submit the form. Press “Submit”.
  5. Go to our global map (Impact tab) and look for your dedication. 
  6. Share on social media. Tag us so that we can re-share as well. Use our tag @globaltreeinitiative and our hashtag #plantgrowsave

Remember to fill out all fields. If you forgot something, we can help you by adding it afterwards.
