To add a signature to your email account, if you are using Webmail, follow these 5 simple steps, while logged into Webmail:
1. Settings
2. Identities
3. Select your profile name (it would be different from Administrator)
4. Go to the “Signature” space and paste the sample text given above
5. Save.
Voilà!

If you are using a different email platform, your email signature setup may have a different process. If you struggle to set up your email signature, please ask Google for guidance 🙂
